The Finisher combines high Optimization and high Implementation — takes what others designed, picks the right path through it, and ships. Roughly 5–8% of the population. Heavily overrepresented in successful COOs, senior engineering managers, and senior IC engineers who own end-to-end delivery.
You might recognize
The Finisher is the COO who turns the founder's vision into the working company. The senior engineering manager whose team's ship dates are reliable AND the architecture is right. Needs an upstream Generator/Conceptualizer to give them problems to finish.
